Word of the week: whippersnapper

I am researching of something to write, I encounter a word that is not well known to myself. As a result, with the help of dictionary Mr. Webster I look for it.

The word is whippersnapper this means a person regarded as insignificant and pretentious. The young one’s also called it whipster.

Synonyms:

Nobody, nonentity, insignificant person and unknown.
